Last September26, conditioning coach of Manny Pacquiao, greatest Filipino boxer of our time gave a talk on the subject of strength and conditioning at ULTRA Audio Visual Room by the grace of POC president, Peping Cojuangco and Congressman Monico Puentevella.
Alexis Ariza on Conditioning:
-Warmups should be specific and should be comprised of ballistic stretching and spefic movevents used in your activity.
